添加商家客服
1、管理者登陆微信小程序平台https://mp.weixin.qq.com/

2、选“功能”——客服——添加:

 

3、填写搜索微信号:

 

4、绑定成功后——客服消息——点击客服功能:(或直接打开:https://mpkf.weixin.qq.com/客服扫码登陆)

客服人员微信扫码即可查看回复留言消息

 

 

 

三.商家小程序管理员或客服扫码登录

1.(PC上打开:https://mpkf.weixin.qq.com/客服或管理员扫码登陆)

 

 

2.登录成功后(下图)可看到是否有用户咨询接入,接入后可与用户互相沟通
